Fabrice Chouquet
Fabrice has 23 years of International experience in Professional Tennis with his strength in operations and event management, with a solid reputation in the industry worldwide. He is one of the most respected leaders in the sport, trusted by tournaments and players.
Involved in Officiating and his Tennis Club administration since his teen years, Fabrice’s background includes being a Professional Chair Umpire for the International Tennis Federation working at Grand Slams, Davis Cup and Fed Cup from 1993 to 1996; he also worked as Chair Umpire for ATP and WTA events, and had the privilege to officiate at the Barcelona Olympic Games in 1992.
Fabrice joined the French Tennis Federation in 1996 where he worked for seven years as Head of the Officiating Department and Assistant Referee of Roland-Garros - French Open, being heavily involved in the organization of his home Grand Slam.
In 2004, Fabrice was hired by the WTA – Women’s Tennis Association where he spent the last twelve years working as a Tour Supervisor, working with events around the world.
Fabrice spent two years based in Beijing as WTA Managing Director for Asia-Pacific, leading and coordinating the WTA operations and marketing initiatives in the region where he has built strong and successful relationship with sports industry leaders in Greater China.
In addition to his WTA role, Fabrice has been acting as an International Tennis Consultant for major events since 2014.
Exposed to an international experience including several years in China, Fabrice speaks fluent English, Italian and of course French, his native language.
